The PAABA Real Estate Section provides education and networking for the legal community interested in the many sub-fields of real estate law. Section membership includes:

1. • Quarterly mCLE-approved educational programs focused on real estate law topics, such as rent control ordinances, land use & zoning, landlord/tenant disputes, HOA matters, short-term rentals, commercial leasing, and more.
   • Networking opportunities with local attorneys, real estate professionals, and experts (surveyors, inspectors, appraisers, etc.)
   • A monthly e-mail newsletter highlighting real estate case developments, local trends, and updates about the section
